Ingredients: 200 g basmati rice; 400 g prawns; 1 onion (diced); 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 2 inch ginger (grated); 15 ml sesame oil; 15 ml tomato puree; 1 pinch chili powder (optional); 1 tsp turmeric; 1 tin coconut milk; 1 tbsp garam masala; 20 ml honey; 30 ml peanut butter; 15 ml fish sauce; 1 lemon; 15 ml olive oil; 8 cherry tomatoes (halved); 200 g mange tout; 0.5 tsp salt; 10 g fresh coriander (for garnish)

Slightly sweet, aromatic yellow prawn curry. Swap prawns for anything else!
