Ingredients: 500 g steak (rump or sirloin); 300 g vermicelli rice noodles; 2 red onions (thickly sliced); 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 2 inches fresh ginger (grated); 0.5 tsp turmeric; 15 ml tomato puree; 400 ml chicken stock (1 chicken stock cube); 1 tin coconut milk (400ml); 2 tbsp honey; 30 ml fish sauce; 15 ml soy sauce; 30 ml sesame oil; 10 g fresh coriander; 2 eggs (boiled, peeled, halved); 200 g fine beans; 1 red chili (sliced (optional)); 1 lime (quartered (optional))
