Ingredients: 250 g vermicelli noodles (rice or egg noodles); 1 onion (1/2 inch slices); 3 bell pepper (sliced (red and green)); 150 g mangetout; 4 cloves garlic (sliced); 6 eggs (lightly whisked); 30 ml vegetable oil; 30 ml sesame oil; 60 ml dark soy sauce; 1 pinch sugar; 2 tbsp curry powder (mild); 0.5 tsp ground turmeric; 8 g fresh coriander (chopped)
