Ingredients: 2 chicken stock cube; 600 g chicken breast mini fillets (leave whole); 300 g dried egg noodles; 400 g pok choi or spinach (slice pok choi in half lengthways); 200 g tinned sweetcorn (200g); 30 ml dark soy sauce (about 2 tbsp); 2 cloves garlic (finely sliced); 2 inch ginger (finely diced or chopped); 4 egg; 1 pinch sugar; 1 lime; 5 g fresh coriander (few sprigs); 15 ml olive oil; 1 red chili (sliced)
