Ingredients: 500 g lamb mince; 320 g macaroni (or any other short pasta); 1 onion (diced); 2 cloves garlic (diced); 30 ml olive oil; 1.5 tbsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika); 1 tsp ground cinnamon; 1 pinch sugar; 3 tbsp tomato puree; 400 g passata; 1 tsp vinegar (any); 1 tbsp dried oregano; 900 ml chicken stock (use 1 stock cube per 500ml (approx)); 10 g fresh parsley (chopped); 50 g feta cheese (optional)
