Ingredients: 60 ml dark soy sauce (about 4 tbsp + extra for noodles); 15 ml sesame oil (1 tbsp); 30 ml vinegar (2 tbsp - use any rice vinegar or regular vinegar (not balsamic)); 15 ml honey; 30 ml peanut butter (smooth if possible, about 2 tbsp); 1 tsp chinese five spice; 2 tbsp ginger (grated); 500 g rump steak (ideally dry aged); 250 g rice noodles (uncooked weight); 30 ml olive oil; 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 570 g stir fry vegetables (packet of); 7 g fresh coriander (chopped); 1 red chili (chopped if using (optional))
