Ingredients: 500 g hake fillets (or any other white fish fillet); 200 ml double cream; 125 ml milk ((or veg stock)); 1 leek (sliced 1cm pieces (just white)); 15 g fresh parsley (finely chopped); 1/2 lemon (juice & zest); 15 ml olive oil; 1 tbsp butter; 750 g new potatoes (cut 1/2 inch pieces); 30 ml olive oil; 1 pinch dried herbs; 1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
