Ingredients: 500 g rump steak (ideally dry aged); 300 g rice noodles; 900 ml water (to cook the veg in); 1 chicken stock cube; 400 g pak choi (slice pok choi in half lengthways, cut off root); 4 eggs; 15 ml dark soy sauce; 300 g soya beans (frozen); 15 ml sesame oil; 2 cloves garlic (finely sliced); 2 inch ginger (finely diced or chopped); 5 g fresh coriander (few sprigs); 1 red chili (sliced)
