Ingredients: 4 seabream fillet (you can use seabass or any other fish); 300 g rice noodles; 30 ml vegetable oil; 15 ml sesame oil; 30 ml light soy; 2 cloves garlic (sliced); 600 g stir fry vegetables (packet of); Few sprigs coriander (for garnish); 1 red chili chopped (optional); 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional); 3 inch ginger (grated); 1 lime; 1 tsp rice vinegar (or any other vinegar, white wine, cider, malt, etc. (not balsamic)); 30 ml sesame oil; 15 ml light soy; 1 tsp sugar; 1 cloves garlic (small, grated); 15 ml vegetable oil
