Ingredients: 250 g bulgur wheat (or couscous); 4 salmon fillet; 1 chicken stock cube; 5 inch chorizo (diced); 8 cherry tomatoes (quartered); 0.5 cucumber (diced); 3 spring onions (finely sliced); 10 g fresh parsley (chopped); 10 g fresh mint (chopped); 10 g fresh coriander (chopped); 1 tsp ground cumin; 2 tsp ground coriander; 1 tsp chilli flakes; 1 lemon; 30 ml balsamic vinegar; 30 ml olive oil; 30 ml yogurt; 4 pita bread (to serve)
