I met Ren many years ago when we were both demonstrating at the St. Albans food festival. It was soon after that Ren had her first cookbook published, and championing Polish cuisine in the UK.
Ren Behan is a British-Polish cook and the author of Wild Honey and Rye: Modern Polish Recipes. She is a mum to three children and loves to create family friendly meals.
