Adam Shaw is a dad of 2 boys, a Leiths trained chef and founder of At Dad’s Table. He’s on a mission to change how we see food during those first few crazy and exhausting years of pregnancy, early parenthood and first foods. His recipes focus more on what you can have, less on what you can’t and aim to empower new parents to cook healthy, delicious and affordable foods.
