I met Simon just after he won Masterchef in 2015 (if memory serves me right it was a rather long all-day cocktail session for a bunch of us Masterchef alumni’s..) Besides being an incredible chef and entrepreneur, Simon is a thoroughly decent chap! I’ve always admired Simon for his passion and achievements which continue to grow and grow.
