Ingredients: 2 inches ginger (peeled and cut); 4 cloves garlic (peeled); 1/2 red onion (chopped); 3 red chili (halved); 10 g fresh coriander; 1 kg pork belly strips (cut into 1 inch pieces); 30 ml sesame oil; 2 tbsp cornflour; 1.5 red onion (sliced); 45 ml olive oil; 300 g fine beans (whole); 10 cherry tomatoes (halved); 5 kaffir lime leaves (or swap for chopped lemongrass); 15 ml fish sauce; 1 tsp sugar; 1 lime; 1 tin coconut milk (400g); 200 g basmati rice
