Ingredients: 500 g pork shoulder steaks (sliced into 2 inch strips); 750 g potatoes (sliced into thin chips (skin on)); 2 vine tomatoes (sliced); 5 g fresh parsley (chopped); 1 gem lettuce (shredded); 3 g dried oregano (about 2 tbsp); 250 g greek yogurt; 1 cloves garlic (crushed); 1 g fresh mint; 1 lemon; 60 ml olive oil; 8 tortilla
