Ingredients: 4 fillet salmon (or other fish fillet); 1 tbsp paprika (or smoked paprika); 1 tsp ground cumin; 0.5 tsp garlic granules (or 1 clove garlic crushed); 1 tbsp dried oregano; 1 pinch cayenne pepper; 0.5 tsp salt; 2 Romaine lettuce (shredded); 25 g parmesan (block of or shavings); 100 ml caesar salad dressing; 2 garlic bread (shop bought); 800 g new potatoes (sliced into thirds); 1 tsp mayonnaise; 1 tbsp dijon mustard; 60 ml olive oil; 1 clove garlic (crushed); 1 lemon

A lovely summertime dish with blackened salmon cooked in the oven for a fuss-free dinner with a decidedly punchy potato salad; the secret is to use just a tiny bit of mayo in the dressing!
