Ingredients: 400 g lamb leg steaks (sliced into bit sized pieces); 2 tbsp coriander seeds; 1 tbsp cumin seeds; 1 tbsp ground cumin; 1 pinch salt; 1 red chili (sliced); 2 courgette (cut into half inch chunks); 2 red onion (sliced 1/2 inch thick); 3 cloves garlic (sliced); 30 ml olive oil; 200 g basmati rice; 1 lemon; 1 pinch sesame seeds (optional); 5 g fresh coriander (chopped for garnish)

Chunks of lamb seasoned heavily with crushed coriander and cumin seeds for an incredibly aromatic dinner.
