Ingredients: 500 g white fish fillets (any white skinned fish, 1 fillet pp); 1 sweetheart cabbage (outer leaves removed, shredded); 2 tins cannellini beans (rinsed); 3 vine tomatoes (chopped); 1 tbsp paprika; 1 onion (diced); 3 cloves garlic (sliced); 1 stock cube (chicken or vegetable); 4 slices thick cut bread (rustic bread cut into 2 inch cubes); 60 ml olive oil; 5 g fresh parsley (chopped)
