Ingredients: 1 onion (sliced); 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 45 ml olive oil; 2 inches ginger (chopped); 3 g curry powder (About 1 heaped tbsp); 3 g garam masala (in spice section) (About 1 heaped tbsp); 1/2 head cauliflower; 150 g peas (about a cup); 1 vine tomato (diced); 100 g green beans (stalks trimmed, then cut in half); 30 g raisins (or sultanas); 200 g basmati rice (uncooked); 1 vegetable stock cube; 450 ml hot water; 15 g nuts ((crushed peanuts, cashew or almonds)); 5 g fresh coriander (chopped for garnish ); 1 red chili (chopped, optional)
