“By day I run my own Learning & Development business, but during the evening and at weekends, I’m a budding Food Stylist, Recipe Writer and Developer!  I aim to create and produce ‘affordable, simple, good-looking and tasty food’ and I love creating new dishes that use up leftover food and ‘Fridge Hoggers’!
