We’re chuffed to introduce Helen Bedford and her classic take on Coq au Vin. Helen has worked with Theo for many years. Theo says:
“Helen is an awesome chef with incredible work ethic and talent and we’ve been through thick and thin together working on our events business. Be it at the Chateau in France cooking fine dining for 150 wedding guests, doing four services a day for 300 guests at one of our corporate festivals or Helen shooting over to our venue in the Alps to look after guests!’
Helen is a private chef from Essex who runs Helens Kitchen doing small functions and homemade meal delivery services. When she’s not cooking you will see her kitesurfing in Thames Estuary!
