Print Recipe Servings 4 EquipmentPre-heated oven 200FAN/220cbaking tray1 saucepan1 frying pan 4 MetricUS Customary Ingredients300 g pasta1 onion chopped2 courgette halve lengthways then slice thinly at an angle2 cloves garlic chopped1 marrow quarter lengthways, then slice into 1inch pieces125 ml milk1 tbsp Dijon mustard1 lemon1 tsp vinegar ideally white wine vinegar60 g parmesan grated15 ml olive oil InstructionsSlice marrow to ingredient instructions, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and place onto baking tray in the oven for 25-30 minutes.Boil pasta in saucepan with pinch salt to packet instructions (about 8-10 minutes).While marrow is roasting and pasta is cooking; fry the onion in a splash of…
