Ingredients: 300 g pasta; 1 onion (chopped); 2 courgette (halve lengthways then slice thinly at an angle); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 1 marrow (quarter lengthways, then slice into 1inch pieces); 125 ml milk; 1 tbsp Dijon mustard; 1 lemon; 1 tsp vinegar (ideally white wine vinegar); 60 g parmesan (grated); 15 ml olive oil
