Ingredients: 700 g potatoes (peeled and cubed 1cm sq); 25 g butter; 30 ml milk; 2 onion (diced); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 15 ml olive oil; 650 g beef mince; 60 ml water; 2 tbsp flour; 2 tbsp gravy granules; 1 can carrots (400g can); 2 tbsp tomato puree; 5 g thyme; 50 g cheddar cheese (grated for topping, optional); 250 g peas
