Ingredients: 1 onion (diced); 500 g pork mince (or beef, turkey or lamb); 1 tsp ground cinnamon; 2 bay leaves (optional); 1 tbsp dried oregano; 30 ml olive oil; 1 tomato (diced); 5 g fresh parsley (chopped); 300 g penne pasta; 50 g butter; 50 g flour; 750 ml milk; 80 g grated cheese; 80 g mixed salad leaves; 15 ml cider vinegar; 15 ml olive oil

This is a family favourite and one that everyone loves; pasta mixed with mince and herbs and topped with a bechamel sauce.
