Ingredients: 500 g salmon fillet ((I use half a side as one piece)); 200 g green beans (stalks trimmed); 200 g broccoli (stalks trimmed); 2 cloves garlic (thickly sliced); 45 ml olive oil; 1 knob butter; 500 g greek yogurt; 1 lime; 12 g curry powder (about 2 tbsp ); 6 g garam masala (in spice section) (about 1 tbsp); 3 g fresh coriander; 200 g basmati rice (about 1 cup); 500 ml hot water (about 2 cups)
