Ingredients: 2 Romaine lettuce (sliced); 500 g pork belly strips (or use chicken); 4 eggs; 100 g feta cheese; 1 tbsp dried oregano; 5 g fresh parsley (ripped - or other herbs you like); 60 ml honey; 60 ml Dijon mustard; 15 ml olive oil; 15 ml vinegar (cider vinegar or lemon juice); 4 slice bread (chopped); 15 ml olive oil

This hearty salad has plenty of oomph with a honey mustard dressing and lots of flavour!
