Ingredients: 200 g cooking chorizo; 500 g new potatoes (halved); 60 ml olive oil; 1 red onion (sliced); 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 1 courgette (cut into 2 inch chunks); 1 aubergine (cut into 2 inch chunks); 1 broccoli (cut into florets); 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 1 tbsp honey; 6 cherry tomatoes (halved); 500 g passata; 100 g black olives (ideally kalamata); Pinch chili flakes (optional); 10 g fresh parsley (chopped); 2 baguette (to serve)
