Ingredients: 1.5 kg diced chicken; 3 potatoes (1 inch cubes); 80 ml vegetable oil (or ghee); 200 g yoghurt; 1.5 tbsp garlic ginger paste; 1 lemon (juice of); 3 tomatoes; 2 green chillis (optional); 2 tbsp fresh coriander; 4-5 tbsp biryani masala (shaan or laziza shop bought); 1 tsp ground cumin (optional); 3 large onions (sliced); 750 g basmati rice; 3 Litres water; 2 bay leaves; 2 green cardamom pods; 1 tsp cumin seeds; 1 cinnamon stick; 1 star anise; 1 lemon (slices); 1 tbsp fresh coriander; 1.5 tsp salt; 3 g Fresh coriander; 3 g Fresh mint; Fried onions; 1 Lemon (very thinly sliced); 1 Pinch saffron (cheat and use red food colouring); 100 ml milk
