Ingredients: 500 g white fish fillets (any white skinned fish, 1 fillet pp); 1 onion (diced); 2 celery stick (diced); 0.5 red pepper (diced); 2 cloves garlic (sliced); 100 g vegan chorizo (diced, or use pork chorizo if you eat meat); 1 tbsp flour; 500 ml milk; 80 g cheddar cheese (grated); 2 bay leaf; 60 ml olive oil; 5 g fresh parsley (chopped); 800 g white potatoes (cubed); 25 g butter; 50 ml milk
