Ingredients: 1 avocado (peeled, halved, sliced); 100 g asparagus (cut into thirds); 2 tbsp sesame seeds (black, white or a mix); 15 ml olive oil; 7.5 ml sesame oil; 500 g salmon (skinned, cut into bitesize chunks); 150 g plain flour; 250 ml vegetable oil (for frying); 125 ml teriyaki sauce; 4 spring onions (sliced); 2 cloves garlic (sliced); 1 inch ginger (grated); 320 g rice (or sushi rice); 1 tsp sugar; 20 ml cider vinegar; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 250 g mango (bite size chunks); 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
