Ingredients: 1 onion (sliced); 400 g carrot (peeled, sliced); 1 clove garlic (chopped); 500 g lamb mince; 30 ml olive oil; 2 leeks (halved lenthways then sliced crossways); 2 tbsp plain flour; 2 tbsp gravy granules; 1 chicken stock cube; 500 ml hot water; 0.5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional); 1 tbsp mint sauce (or 15g mint leaves finely chopped); 750 g white potatoes (sliced 3mm thick); 1 knob butter (melted)
