Ingredients: 300 g pork chop (cut into thin strips); 4 tbsp thai green curry paste (shop-bought); 1 onion (cut into chunks); 200 g fine beans; 1 bell pepper (yellow, cut into chunks); 20 ml olive oil; 15 ml fish sauce; 1 lime; 1 tin coconut milk (about 400g); 1 tsp salt; 15 ml honey (or sugar); 1 tbsp cornflour (optional if you want the sauce thicker); 10 g fresh coriander (for garnish); 200 g basmati rice
