Ingredients: 8 tortilla (large ones); 60 ml vegetable oil; 1 egg (whisked); 60 ml sweet chili sauce (to serve); 60 g rocket (to serve); 0.5 iceberg lettuce (shredded); 500 g pork mince; 1 tbsp cornflour; 150 g vermicelli rice noodles; 15 ml olive oil; 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 3 inches fresh ginger (grated); 1 red chili (chopped (optional)); 30 ml fish sauce; 1 lime (juice); 15 ml sesame oil (optional); 15 ml dark soy; 0.5 tsp sugar; 10 g fresh coriander (chopped); 10 g fresh mint (chopped)

These are delicious! Crispy on the outside, fragrant and delicious on the inside! Pork mince infused with fresh Asian flavours wrapped in a fried burrito shell – one for the whole family!
