Ingredients: 450 g halloumi (about 1/2 packet per person); 45 ml honey; 1 tbsp nigella seeds; 5 g fresh coriander (ripped); 4 vine tomatoes (sliced); 180 g beetroot (pre-cooked packet); 1 large carrot (peeled, grated); 150 g roasted peppers (jar); 1 lemon; 200 g mixed salad leaves (packet); 200 g orzo; 1 clove garlic (crushed); 1 tbsp dijon mustard; 30 ml olive oil; 15 ml cider vinegar; 1 red onion (finely sliced); 30 ml vinegar
