Ingredients: 1.5 kg pork ribs (rack or individual); 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 1 tbsp sea salt; 200 g basmati rice; 1 onion (sliced); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp turmeric; 1 chicken stock cube; 200 g fine beans (sliced 1cm pieces); 2 vine tomatoes (chopped); 325 g tinned sweetcorn (drained); 3 spring onions (sliced for garnish); 15 ml olive oil; 60 ml tomato ketchup; 30 ml dark soy sauce; 15 ml tomato puree; 15 ml vinegar; 15 ml honey; 0.5 tbsp ground cumin
