Ingredients: 500 g lamb leg steaks (cut into 1 inch cubes); 8 gyros (or plain naan); 1 tsp salt; 1 tbsp dried oregano; 15 ml olive oil; 1 red onion (finely diced); 10 g fresh parsley (chopped); 2 vine tomatoes (diced); 1/2 cucumber (diced); 250 g Greek yogurt; 1 clove garlic (crushed); 10 g fresh mint (finely chopped); 15 ml olive oil; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 lemon; 750 g white potatoes (sliced into thin chips - unpeeled); 1 tbsp cornflour; 30 ml olive oil; 1 pinch paprika (or any other seasoning )

These are a classic, no frills Greek style lamb gyro, if you can’t find fluffy gyros to buy – plain naan works well!
