Ingredients: 8 sausages; 1 courgette (halved lengthways, sliced 1 inch chunks); 2 onions (sliced); 1 cloves garlic (chopped); 250 ml chicken stock; 60 ml Worcestershire sauce; 2 tbsp flour; 1 tin chopped tomatoes ((1 tin = 400g)); 15 ml olive oil; 2 bay leaves; 5 g parsley (chopped); 1 tbsp honey; 1 tobasco (or hot sauce to season at the end - optional); 1 kg white potatoes (peeled, cut into chunks); 1 tbsp butter; 125 ml milk; 400 g peas; 1 tbsp butter
