Ingredients: 750 g turkey thigh (deboned (see video on how to)); 2 onions (sliced); 2 bay leaf; 250 ml mulled wine; 3 tbsp cranberry sauce; 40 g dates (chopped); 2 sausages; 30 g walnuts (chopped); 5 g parsley (chopped); 80 ml sage and onion stuffing (powdered (uncooked)); 1 pinch ground cinnamon; 200 ml chicken stock; 1.5 tbsp gravy granules; 500 g brussel sprouts (cut in half); 15 ml maple syrup; 1 tbsp cumin seeds; 1 kg new potatoes; 30 ml olive oil
