Ingredients: 3 g chicken breast (cut 2 inch cubes); 750 g new potatoes; 30 ml milk; 1 knob butter; 2 tins black beans; 30 ml olive oil; 250 ml passata; 1 onion (diced); 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 1 beef stock cube; 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 0.5 tbsp ground cumin; 1 pinch sugar; 1 tbsp dried thyme (or few sprigs fresh or other herbs); 1 tbsp tomato puree; 1 red chili (sliced, optional); 10 g fresh parsley (chopped); 250 g Greek yogurt (to serve)
