We’re really pleased to introduce the wonderful Sonali; our guest chef who has shared her delicious sumac spiced cauliflower on puy lentils recipe for our meal plans!

This is what Sonali says:

“My name is Sonali. I am a recipe creator and content developer and focus on plant based food. I have a background in Food PR & Marketing and have worked on a range of large scale hospitality events as well as launched central London restaurants. My love for food has continued on to my Instagram page @sonalicooks where I find the greatest joy in creating delicious, easy recipes that look enticing with a healthy angle. I try to use seasonal produce as much as possible and take great pride in creating interesting recipes showcasing produce at their best.
