Ingredients: 1 large cauliflower (leaves trimmed - cut into 1 inch steaks); 1 lemon; 45 ml olive oil; 80 g pomegranate seeds (optional - garnish); 1 tsp cumin powder; 1 tsp sumac (optional); 0.5 tsp garlic granules (or 1 clove crushed); 0.5 tsp chili powder; 0.5 tsp smoked paprika; 500 g puy lentils precooked; 12 cherry tomatoes (halved); 2 bell peppers (thinly sliced (red and orange)); 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced); 12 olives (coarsely chopped); 2 tbsp capers (optional - chopped); 15 g parsley (finely chopped ); 15 g fresh coriander (finely chopped); 1 clove garlic (crushed); 0.5 tsp cumin powder; 1/2 red chili (finely chopped)
