Ingredients: 250 g vermicelli noodles; 2 pork loin chops (or chicken breasts); 150 g shrimps (small prawns); 1 onion (thick slices); 2 bell pepper (sliced, red and green); 4 cloves garlic (sliced); 3 eggs (lightly whisked); 15 ml vegetable oil; 15 ml sesame oil; 45 ml dark soy sauce; 1 pinch sugar; 2 tbsp curry powder (mild); 0.5 tsp ground turmeric; 8 g fresh coriander (chopped)
