Ingredients: 1 kg pork belly slices (skinless boneless); 5 g fresh parsley (chopped); 700 g white potatoes (peeled, 2 inch diced); 2 knobs butter; 60 ml milk; 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional); 400 g fine beans (stalk trimmed); 500 g passata; 400 g can cherry tomatoes (if not, use 12 fresh); 1 tsp smoked paprika; 2 tbsp tomato puree; 1 tbsp honey (or half of sugar); 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs (or oregano); 0.5 tsp salt; 60 ml olive oil
