Ingredients: 800 g white potatoes (sliced into 0.5cm thin chips (skin on)); 2 sweet potatoes (peeled and sliced into 0.5cm thin chips); 30 ml vegetable oil; 150 ml tomato ketchup; 15 ml vinegar; 15 ml honey; 15 ml dark soy sauce; 0.5 tbsp smoked paprika; 0.5 tbsp ground cumin; 15 ml olive oil; 500 g chicken breast mini fillets (or regular chicken breast); 12 rashers smoked streaky bacon; 1 tin cannellini beans (or try baked beans!); 1 red onion (sliced); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 15 ml olive oil; 100 g cheddar cheese (grated); 1 head broccoli (broken into florets)
