Ingredients: 500 g white fish fillets (cod loin, hake, any white fish or salmon); 200 g plain flour (about a cup); 2 egg; 250 g breadcrumbs (or few slices of bread grated/processed); 2 gem lettuce (shredded); 4 brioche buns; 80 ml mayonnaise (as condiment - optional); 500 g new potatoes; 45 ml olive oil (about 3 tbsp); 1 g smoked paprika (about a pinch)
