Ingredients: 1 onion (diced); 2 tbsp garlic paste (or 3 cloves crushed); 2 tbsp ginger paste (or 2 inches fresh ginger grated); 1 tbsp garam masala; 1 tsp turmeric; 2 tbsp miso paste; 1 tin coconut milk (400g); 500 g jumbo prawns (frozen is fine); 1 tbsp honey; 1 tbsp light soy sauce; 1 tbsp cornflour (mixed with 1 tbsp cold water); 5 g fresh coriander (chopped, for garnish); 1 red chili (chopped, optional); 1 head broccoli (broken into small florets); 1 cloves garlic (sliced); 15 ml sesame oil; 5 ml olive oil; 0.5 chicken stock cube; 30 ml water; 1 pinch sesame seeds; 200 g basmati rice
