Ingredients: 3 chicken breast (sliced ); 1 cup flour; 45 ml vegetable oil; 30 ml olive oil; 1 onion (sliced); 2 cloves garlic (sliced); 3 tbsp tomato puree; 180 g runner beans (2 inch slices); 0.5 tbsp ground cumin; 0.5 tbsp ground cinnamon; 0.5 tbsp paprika (not smoked); 2 sprigs thyme (or a pinch of dried); 5 ml vinegar (1 tsp); 1 tin peach slices (in juice); 10 g fresh coriander (ripped); 200 g couscous; 1 stock cube (chicken or vegetable); 1/2 fresh red chili (optional, chopped)
