Ingredients: 600 g chicken breast (diced); 1 onion (cut into chunks); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 1 can black beans (1 can = 400g); 1 can cherry tomatoes (or use can of chopped tomatoes); 30 ml honey; 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 1 tbsp cajun spice; 1 chilli (chopped); 1 tbsp cocoa powder (not drinking chocolate! ); 250 g basmati rice; 2 tbsp tomato puree; 100 g yogurt (to serve); 5 g fresh coriander (for garnish)
