Ingredients: 4 pork shoulder steaks (or 2 pp if very hungry!); 15 ml olive oil; 1 tbsp dried oregano; 150 g caramelised red onion chutney (jar); 1 tbsp brown sugar (or honey); 250 ml chicken stock (use a stock cube); 2 tbsp tomato puree; 1 pinch chilli flakes (optional); 750 g white potatoes (peeled, 2 inch cubes); 50 ml milk; 1 knob butter; 250 g fine beans
