Ingredients: 500 g skinless salmon (or 4 fillets); 320 g puff pastry; 1 egg (whisked); 45 ml honey; 45 ml Dijon mustard; 200 g spinach; flour for dusting; 500 g new potatoes; 2 tbsp butter; 5 g fresh mint (chopped (or use dried mint or any other herbs)); 180 g stringless runner beans (sliced 1 inch)
